Being a dual qualified lawyer, I strongly feel that the Indian legal market should be liberalized as soon as possible, and considering the fact that Indian market is growing very rapidly, such a step will give a further boast to the Indian economy. Furthermore, I believe that by facilitating the entry of foreign law firms or lawyers in India the Indian economy will become stronger especially during this credit crunch period.
